One Piece (Netflix) – Season 2

Episode 1 of One Piece season 2 starts in Shells Town, at the 153rd Marine Base. The Marines are getting pummelled by Miss Valentine and the rest of the Baroque Works organization. They're here to pick up Mr 7, but upon seeing his dead body, they know this is the work of Zoro.

Episode 2 of One Piece season 2 starts right at the foot of Reverse Mountain. This waterway is the best option for the crew to make it onto the Grand Line. However, if they don't hit it at the right angle, they could actually crash completely and potentially die. No pressure then!

Episode 3 of One Piece season 2 starts with Zoro training onboard the ship, still haunted by taunting visions of Mihawk. He wants to be as good as this prolific warrior of course, but after their encounter in season 1, he's still got a long way to go.

Episode 4 of One Piece season 2 starts with Miss All Sunday taunting the Straw Hats on the Going Merry. She makes short work of subduing them all and explains that Little Garden is likely to be their last resting place before they're killed.

Episode 5 of One Piece season 2 starts with Vivi realizing that Zoro and Nami, who are both captured in Mr 3's wax house, are under some sort of spell. This is courtesy of Miss Goldenweek's colours of course! Thankfully, Vivi manages to kick Goldenweek's colour off Nami and snap her out of her entranced state.

Episode 6 of One Piece season 2 starts with Miss All Sunday speaking to Wapol, the corrupt former king of Drum Kingdom. He's been financing Baroque Works for a while and wants what he's owed. Blackbeard has vacated Drum Island and now is the time for Wapol to make his move.

Episode 7 of One Piece season 2 starts with us back at Kureha's castle. Chopper is hiding out and both Sanji and Luffy work to wind him up. Chopper explains that he was a reindeer back in the day and he's been alone his whole life. Chopper has a big hole in his heart and part of this stems from his heartbreaking past involving Dr Hiriluk.

Episode 8 of One Piece season 2 starts with Dalton brought before Wapol. He gleefully sits on his throne of lies, claiming Drum Island is his birth right and he's about to take over with force. Unfortunately, King Wapol has the powers of the Munch Munch Devil Fruit now, and that means he's become a sort of human factory, able to consume, transform and combine anything he eats.
